Preparation
Left 3 months for me to get ready and prepare for Penang Bridge International Marathon 42 km. I have planned a training schedule for myself - weekdays : track run 5 km /10 km , weekends : on road run 20 km / 30 km. Hope that I can fully utilised my free time on training, I wanted to do my 1st 42 km Marathon beautifully- no walking and no muscle cramp, very hard to predict as these 2 situations might happen when you least expect it LOL. I believe enough body warm up , stretching and carbo loaded I can avoid it from happening during the run. Besides that, self motivation and moral support from friends play an important role in my run to keep me moving on till the finishing line. Taking part in race is equally important beside training because I will gain experience from there and at the same time I can improve myself. My target >>> to complete the run and qualified .
Life is too short
Today is a boring and relaxing day for me because no activity, no noise, and home alone. A quiet day make me think of a lot of things that I wanted to do in my life. I listed all down in my diary a little black book, listing down one by one suddenly I think of something in my mind I think of am I able to accomplish what I have listed down ? I'm thinking life is just too short I have to really appreciate life and stay healthy till one day I'm not able to run, to climb, to cycle, to swim, to walk anymore. I'm setting goal to achieve and mission to accomplish.
